Join me for insights into the life of an equestrian artist as I create equine, wildlife and landscape art in my studio and en plein air. Horses have been my passion from childhood, so they are my most prolific creative muses.
I can't remember a time when I didn't want to be an artist or love animals, particularly horses. After many life detours, I realized my dreams in the 1980's, graduating from art school, becoming a professional artist and returning to riding after more than 30 years away from horses.
I now own one special horse, study the art of dressage and go on regular trail rides in our beautiful woods. Since my children are grown and on their own, I now have the time to pursue my dreams to their fullest.
